A Maritime Escape from Island to Island
The Charente Maritime will host a rest day, a stage "L'Echappée Maritime": Ile d'Oléron - Ronce Les Bains - Ile de Ré and a departure from Châtelaillon-Plage towards Poitiers. Stage 10 will leave on July 7 from the Ile d'Oléron towards the Ile de Ré: 167 km of racing in the heart of a magnificent natural and cultural heritage.

Presentation of the course. After the big start from Nice on June 25, 2020, the peloton will quickly be confronted with the first mountain stages in the Alps and then the Pyrenees. Following a favorable passage on the edge of the Atlantic between the island of Oléron and the island of Ré, the runners will return to the Massif Central, the Alps then will compete in a time awaited at the Planche des Belles Filles, the day before the big arrival on the Champs-Elysées on July 19, 2020.
